- Sales head will be responsible for promotions and managing product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives in an assigned geographic sales area.ย
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying new customers, generating sales proposals and presentations, contract negotiations, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and managing existing accountsย ย
- Direct, indirect sales and channel salesย ย
- Helps in identify potential channel and distribution partners in the regionย ย
- Drives channel sales through channel partners in the designated regionย ย
- Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with his/her reporting managerย ย
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.ย
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products.ย
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.ย
- Coordinates with the marketing team for region specific promotions and sales campaignsย ย
- Participate in events to represent the company and generate sales leadsย ย
- Work with the marketing team to generate sales leads in the designated region(s)ย
- Collaborates with marketing to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.ย
Desired Qualificationย ย
- MBA in Sales and Marketing required.ย
Competencies
- 10-15 years in selling of services in the area of Imaging / Diagnostics/Healthcare of which a minimum of 10 yrs should have been in Sales.ย ย
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsย
- Ability to negotiate and close winning deals.ย
- Ability to grasp basic technical skillsย ย
- Should have a business acumenย
- Initiativeย
- The ability to write reports and proposals. Should be good in Microsoft Office Suiteย ย
- Should be a team playerย
- Should have the ability to work effectively as an individual contributorย
Language:ย ย
- Excellent command of the English languageย
- Knowledge of any foreign language will be an added advantageย
