This would depend on the clinical need, as in acute emergencies within 30-60 min, for routine cases 4-12 hours.
What is the certification and licensure of your radiologists?
Our panel of experienced radiologists has American board certified, UK certified (FRCR), and Indian board certified Radiologists who are registered/licensed in the respective countries.
Do you have subspecialty radiologists?
Yes, we have cardiac, neuro, musculoskeletal, Pediatric, pulmonary, oncologic and Women’s Imaging subspecialists among our panel of radiologists.Â
How do you obtain clinical history or prior reports?
We request access to client RIS and HIS to extract the relevant information. In some situations we may request your imaging technologists to share the relevant information with us.
If a physician wants to discuss a case with the Radiologist, is it possible?
Yes, absolutely.. your physician can contact us on our toll free number and they will be connected with our radiologist.Â
Do you follow any quality assurance or peer-review protocols?
Yes, we follow stringent peer-review and quality assurance procedures as per the ACR protocols.
Do you delete image data after reporting the study?
We are compliant with your needs as well as the policies of the health authority of your region.
How long does it take to go live once a contract is signed?
This is dependent on the duration of the process of radiologist approvals by your Medical staff. From a technology standpoint the process takes about 2-4 weeks depending on the number of integrations required.Â
