We provide teleradiology services (i.e. CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear medicine, Echocardiograms) to over 150 hospitals in 21 countries globally including the United States. Telerad Tech is an affiliate company of  Teleradiology Solutions. We have developed a cutting-edge radiology workflow platform RADSpa®, which optimizes the efficiency and productivity of radiologists by delivering images anywhere anytime. CardioSpa, which enables tele-ECG and tele-echo, does the same for cardiologists. As part of the role :

The marketing person would be responsible for

a) Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for lines of business identified in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

b) As part of the above the person should be well versed and should have experience in Brand Management including various tools like STP / PEST / SWOT etc.

c) Develop Brand Guidelines and ensure execution as per the same in all forms of customer facing & internal communications.

d) Collaborate and work closely with external agencies like creative agency / PR agency for all the collateral development, PR content.

e) Creating promotion campaigns for various verticals including all supporting collaterals

f) Developing a complete Customer Engagement program for all the verticals

g) Sectoral Business analysis with Budget compliances including crucial marketing insights. Market Research & Customer Satisfaction surveys. Opportunity identification thru analytics

h) Developing, Nurturing and growing Digital Marketing including social Media / SEO etc.

i) Events, Conferences, Exhibitions & Promotion Opportunity identification and execution as per the budgets.

j) Helping Develop AOP and business plan for the Marketing & Sales Head for the verticals.

Their day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies. Working closely with the Business Head of the Verticals to provide the necessary Marketing support.


The Marketing Manager’s skill set

Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Budget-management skills and proficiency in technology usage.

Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Minimum 3-4 years Experience in Brand Management /Marketing & Corporate Communications including sales stints and should have experience in handling at least 80% of the areas described in the JD.

The overall experience of 8-15 years with increasing responsibility and complexity.

Should have worked in FMCG / Medical Devices / Healthcare technology companies

Exposure to Salesforce / Zoho or equivalent CRM tools

Experience in using Hubspot and similar tools for digital marketing.
