JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly closure of books
- MIS reporting and budgeting preparation MIS reports, rolling out monthly MIS templates to teams and validating the data and output generated.
- Direct and indirect taxation workings and filings and co-ordination with tax consultants
- Preparation of financials– Drafting financials as per the set template ( IGAAP)
- Statutory audit – planning and timely completion of stat audits of group entities
- Internal audit– Planning and timely execution of internal audits. Co-ordinating with auditee departments and internal auditors
- Tax audits and TP study reports providing relevant data, updating templates and getting the audit and reports done from the consultants
- ROC and Corporate law filings – planning, co-ordination and timely compliances of all periodical filings, getting the minutes of meeting done, convening Board meeting as per timeline fixed
- Managing Assets register and depreciation calculation
- Provisioning for receivablesas per the group policy prepare workings as per policy and getting the month end entries done
- Statutory compliance and Reconciliation sign off on all statutory return filings of TDS, GST, P.Tax, and income tax.
- Special assignments M&A and special arrangement analysis and preparing specific purpose reports to management, attending to Due diligences.
Knowledge of advanced MS excel, Tally, IT and GST portal navigation
Desired Qualification:
CA qualified with an in-depth knowledge of financial and taxation aspects.
