Job description Â
- Sales head will be responsible for promotions and managing product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives in an assigned geographic sales area.Â
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying new customers, generating sales proposals and presentations, contract negotiations, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and managing existing accounts Â
- Direct, indirect sales and channel sales Â
- Helps in identify potential channel and distribution partners in the region Â
- Drives channel sales through channel partners in the designated region Â
- Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with his/her reporting manager Â
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.Â
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products.Â
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.Â
- Coordinates with the marketing team for region specific promotions and sales campaigns Â
- Participate in events to represent the company and generate sales leads Â
- Work with the marketing team to generate sales leads in the designated region(s)Â
- Collaborates with marketing to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.Â
Desired Qualification Â
- MBA in Sales and Marketing required.Â
Competencies
- 10-15 years in selling of services in the area of Imaging / Diagnostics/Healthcare of which a minimum of 10 yrs should have been in Sales. Â
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsÂ
- Ability to negotiate and close winning deals.Â
- Ability to grasp basic technical skills Â
- Should have a business acumenÂ
- InitiativeÂ
- The ability to write reports and proposals. Should be good in Microsoft Office Suite Â
- Should be a team playerÂ
- Should have the ability to work effectively as an individual contributorÂ
Language:Â Â
- Excellent command of the English languageÂ
- Knowledge of any foreign language will be an added advantageÂ
Travel Â
- Open to travel up to 50% of the time Â
