I just completed 18 years at TRS and look forward to many more! It has been a very pleasant and rewarding association with great learnings from my colleagues and support teams. TRS has been very supportive and positive throughout as I evolved from a new anxious mother and a newbie to a mature radiologist, which I feel is a luxury for professionals who want to excel at what they do and yet balance their personal commitments.

The team has respected my choices in terms of flexibility of work hours, duration of work, and various academic pursuits. I would not have made it this far without all the love and affection at my workplace.

I started my journey with TRS in the year 2000 where I met Dr. Sunita and Dr. Arjun while they were still at Yale Medical School. It was an exciting time to be part of something so new and unique to the medical universe which at that time, remote telecommunication, was unheard of.

My first task was to be a US liaison with credentialing, allowing US doctors to be registered and qualified to work at hospitals. In 2005, we decided to seek JC (Joint Commission) accreditation which is the regulatory mandate allowing us to be qualified for US hospital work. In the next few years, I decided to permanently move to India in 2008. What an exciting time! Working with new people and ideas was a brand-new challenge.

I currently work online to train staff primarily in English skills, communication skills, soft skills, etc. I am glad that even at the age of 81, where most professionals wish to retire, I am excited to continue working for TRS. It’s been an amazing journey and I cherish all the wonderful moments and experiences. It continues to this day as we move forward to become a global presence. I say a big thank you to Dr. Sunita and Arjun for believing in me and allowing me to be part of a dynamic and great organization. Thank you, TRS!

It’s been a wonderful 17 years at TRS and an emotional journey for me witnessing the growth of this company from a small office in a villa to its current status. It’s been just 3-4 months since I joined TRS, but it’s been an inspiring experience.

As a fledgling radiologist, having such a wide variety of cases, so many of which are positive, is in itself a treat. To add to that, the excellent mentorship by experts in the field, available to me at any and all times, is beyond what I could have imagined.

I feel like my ability to diagnose has gotten better and I am able to pick up findings faster than earlier. As I continue working, I feel I shall be able to significantly improve my interpretation and reporting skills.

Also, on a personal level, the flexibility to work remotely and provision to opt for desired shifts allows me to be continuously enthusisaitic about, and focus deeply on my work.

Since I read and prepare for the Final FRCR 2b as and when time permits, I am extremely grateful for the academic culture at TRS. The materials provided and short training sessions keep me motivated to continue learning.

The people at TRS whom I have met in person and online have been extremely helpful and polite, both during and after my onboarding. Approachable, considerate and pleasant always. It encourages me to be able to express any concerns or give any recommendations freely.

All in all, I feel very happy and grateful to be a part of TRS. Seems like the perfect place to be if you value professional growth and efficiency.
