Job Title: QA Assistant Manager

Job description:
- The QA Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing of the Quality Processes in place and also bring in new processes as and when required to meet the objectives and help improve quality.
- Responsible for creating teaching presentations for the various teams like MTs, technologists, Rads, etc.
- Ability to provide trainings/orientations to medical transcriptionists on quality and workflow related topics.
- Responsible for creating training and testing modules.
- Testing and Hiring process across the Operations and Radiologists Teams.
- Responsible for creating Quality Reports on regular basis for transcriptionists, technologists, and radiologists.
- Performs proactive and reactive quality audits on QA processes.
- Participate in Joint Commission audits and surveys.
- Ability to handle the team with respect to schedule and responsibilities of the subordinate/s.

Desired Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Preferably Science graduate

Skills and experience:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent MS office knowledge including MS Excel and Power Point
- Initiative and proactive.
- Presentation skills.
- The ability to write e-mails to clients.
- The ability to develop and present SOPs.
- The ability toย manage your timeand plan your day effectively
- Process driven
