Roles & Responsibilities:
- A seasoned Zoho specialist who can implement all the Zoho modules and train people and manage the technology and systems across the department.
- Serve as an in house Zoho specialist. Lead the implementation of Zoho across the different modules Keep self-abreast of all the features and updates and upgrade the system from time to time
- Manage quality and consistency of data, generate reports and input data to support the sales initiatives.
- Update and maintain all records across the Zoho suite Assist, train and create guidelines and user guides for the team to use Zoho.
- Provide consulting around best practices of Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience Gather business requirements and proactively suggest solutions Trouble shoot and resolve issues Manage the software requirements of the Organisation
- Make sure the health of the systems and machines are all ok from time to time. Proactively suggesting new technologies that can help the team be more efficient. Ensure smooth operations of all the systems across the organisation

- Have a functional understanding of the entire Zoho CRM
- Understanding of the details and processes of such functions Be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e. Recruit, CRM, Zoho mail etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- Perseverance and diligence.

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in IT/Business analytics.
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Zoho specialist.
- Advances experience in CRM configuration
- Good analytical skills; Good communication skills
